Who we are:

St Ninian's is committed to:

  • Worship that is engaging and interesting
  • Nurturing and encouraging intellectually honest faith
  • Honouring the commitment of our church to the Treaty of Waitangi
  • Expressing faith in the context of 21st Century Aotearoa
  • Working in love towards a society based on the Christian values of justice, equality, compassion and inclusiveness.
St Ninian's is a Christian church that is actively inclusive.
At St Ninian's people are not pressured into beliefs or activities.
We’re not told what to think.
We have freedom to question and explore.
In our worship and congregational life we ask the serious questions of meaning and purpose, and look at the ethical issues which contemporary people face.
We are companions for each other on life’s spiritual journey.
We strengthen our friendships and celebrate life!
